THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing on “New Consumer Financial Products and the Impacts to Workers.” The witnesses will be: Ms. Rachel Gittleman, Financial Services Outreach Manager, Consumer Federation of America; Ms. Penny Lee, CEO, Financial Technology Association; Professor Todd J.
