May 14, 2015 – Chattanooga, Tenn. – The Dupont Community Credit Union is dropping the Dupont name it has used since its start 61 years ago. This week, new signs were put at the credit union’s four offices boasting the new name: Scenic Community Credit Union.

Childs and Boesch Continue Service on NASCUS Credit Union Advisory Council
September 10, 2014 – Nashville, Tenn. – The NASCUS Credit Union Advisory Council held its 2014 Annual Meeting on Sept. 10 in Nashville, where two state credit union CEOs began new terms on NASCUS’ Credit Union Advisory Council. The credit union membership is governed by the Advisory Council, a group of 12 directors who are credit union executives from around the country.

September 8, 2014 – Montgomery County, Tenn. – The state credit union system’s leaders, state and federal regulators and dual chartering supporters will join NASCUS for its annual State System Summit this week. 

Cornerstone Financial Credit Union Announces Scholarship Winners
June 26, 2014 – Montgomery County, Tenn. – Cornerstone Financial Credit Union announced today the winners of scholarships from their fourth annual $25,000 scholarship program. To date, the program has awarded $100,000 to Middle Tennessee high school seniors. This year’s winners from Montgomery County include Madison Gaither and Benjamin McKinney, both graduates of Montgomery Central High School. Public, private and home-schooled high school students in Montgomery, Davidson, Dickson, Rutherford, Sumner and Williamson Counties were eligible to apply for the $1,000 scholarships. The program also includes applications from any eligible Cornerstone Financial Credit Union member or the child of a member.
