July 30 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join us on July 30, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm EST

NASCUS is pleased to present the next session in our complimentary member webinar series, featuring:

  • Kurt Loose, COO American Share Insurance
  • Jennifer Kelly, VP of Advocacy, American Share Insurance

This webinar will provide an end-to-end overview of how private deposit insurance works within the state regulatory framework, from a state’s initial evaluation through implementation and ongoing supervision. Attendees will gain insight into each stage of the process, including ASI’s role in working with states during the evaluation process and the regulatory considerations involved in implementing a private deposit insurance option. State regulators from states with private deposit insurance will share their experiences with the regulatory review process, coordination with ASI and its examiners, ongoing supervision, and key lessons learned. Whether your state is beginning to explore private deposit insurance or looking to better understand the framework, this session will provide a comprehensive overview of the process and its implications for all stakeholders.

Attendance is free as a NASCUS member benefit. Please fill out the form below to participate.
