Kelly Leitsch, CPA
Audit Manager, Plante Moran
I am an audit manager with more than eight years of experience providing audit and other assurance services to a variety of clients, including internal audit and risk management services to financial institutions. Many of my clients are subject to an audit of their internal controls over financial reporting under FDICIA Part 363 or Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404b and are registered with the SEC. Additionally, I have successfully assisted several banks with the implementation of a control framework to support their ICFR opinions under FDICIA Part 363.
Renee Noetzel, Plante Moran
I am a Senior Manager with over 11 years of experience working with financial institutions. I specialize in a wide range of risk management services, including internal audits, trust internal audits, trust consulting, HUD compliance, ACH audits, financial statement audits, and more. As a member of Plante Moran’s Internal Audit Advisory Board, I help guide strategic initiatives and support teams in addressing complex regulatory matters. I currently hold my CPA license as well as my CFIRS designation. I am a member of the Michigan Institute of CPA’s and the AICPA.
