NASCUS Webinar Series: The Most Important Responsibility of the Board ⎯ Governance
NASCUS Webinar Series:
The Most Important Responsibility of the Board ⎯ Governance
Join Us on September 24, 2025, from 1:00 pm ⎼ 2:00 pm (EST)
NASCUS is pleased to present the latest offering in our ongoing series of complimentary member webinars.
Governance is the most critical role of the Board outside of hiring the CEO. Many board members, regardless of tenure, can be distracted by discussions and decisions that stray from their responsibilities as governance. This session will enlighten board members who are unfamiliar with governance responsibilities or seek a refresher. CEO’s, executives, managers, and staff will benefit from understanding the primary role of the Board as representatives of the members.
The event will be recorded to accommodate members who may be unable to attend live due to work or scheduling conflicts.

Attendance is free as a NASCUS member benefit. Registration is required.
A virtual meeting link will be sent out ahead of the webinar.
