NASCUS is pleased to present the next session in our complimentary Member Webinar Series, featuring Steve Pagenstecher, Chief Innovation Officer at Point West Credit Union. This session will separate fact from fiction surrounding ITIN lending and explore how credit unions can effectively serve non-U.S. citizen members. Attendees will gain insights into regulatory considerations, risk management, and best practices — as well as real-world opportunities for credit union growth and community impact.

Steve Pagenstecher
Steve is Chief Innovation Officer at Point West Credit Union in Portland, OR, where he leads strategic initiatives, IT, marketing, and community development. With over 20 years in financial services, he previously served as VP of Member Relations at Valley Credit Union.

Steve sits on the board of Livelihood NW and has held board roles with the GoWest Credit Union Foundation and Innovative Changes. He is a certified Credit Union Development Educator and holds a B.S. in Marketing Communication from Oregon State University.
