Personal Bio: Amanda Tuckey is a seasoned marketing and communications executive with more than 20 years of experience in the governmental and financial services sectors, including leadership roles with the Michigan Credit Union League. As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at NASCUS, she leverages expertise in strategic marketing, consumer research, stakeholder engagement, and emerging technologies to drive brand awareness, member engagement, and industry impact.

Throughout her career, Amanda has led high-profile, multi-channel initiatives spanning statewide consumer awareness campaigns, international investment programs, public policy communications, and Congressional relationship strategies. She also spearheaded financial sector research and analysis during the COVID-19 pandemic, providing critical insights into market trends and economic impact. Her expertise includes market intelligence, user experience, public policy, data-driven decision-making, and organizational transformation.

Amanda holds an M.S. in Marketing Research and a B.A. in Psychology from Michigan State University, as well as a degree in Graphic Design. She earned certification in AI Strategies for Business Transformation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Executive Education, with a focus on generative AI, AI implementation, responsible AI use, customer experience, productivity, and innovation. She has dedicated more than a decade to volunteering with Business Professionals of America and has received more than 40 industry awards, including the CUNA Diamond Award for Brand Awareness, multiple American Advertising Federation ADDY Awards, and Communicator Awards of Excellence.
