Jeff recognizes that client success is best measured by overall member satisfaction and impact\, managed growth\, and long-term relevance. His ability to build and nurture meaningful relationships with people across organizations\, from the board and executives to front line personnel\, positions him as a respected and trusted advocate for industry\, credit union\, and individual success. \nBefore joining Rochdale\, Jeff was a member of management at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City\, as part of the Bank’s Management Development Program.
