The Committee may form smaller working groups\, as needed\, to examine specific questions. DESCRIPTION:Join Us on February 9\, 2024\, from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EST\nThe National Association of State Credit Union Supervisors (NASCUS)\, together with the NASCUS Anti-Money Laundering/Anti-Financial Crimes Roundtable (AML Roundtable)\, invites all members to attend a complimentary Conversation with the U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) on Beneficial Ownership and Access. \nThis members-only webinar will feature representatives from FinCEN’s Policy Division’s Regulatory Rulemaking Section. It will address FinCEN’s Beneficial Ownership Reporting Rule and provide an overview of the Agency’s Access Rule issued December 22\, 2023.
