SUMMARY:2026 Commercial Lending School
DESCRIPTION:Join Us July 21–23\, 2026\, in West Des Moines\, IA\n\n\nCourse Description:  The NASCUS Commercial Lending School is a hybrid program that includes recorded videos\, an interactive TEAMs meeting with the instructor\, and a 3-day in-person training session.  The program is developed for examiners to gain an understanding of the fundamentals of commercial lending\, cashflow analysis\, trend identification\, and a greater understanding of loan underwriting analysis and loan ratings.  Students will learn from class instruction and various commercial lending case studies.  \n \nPre-work: Students are required to watch two training videos (45 minutes each)  prior to the start of the program and attend the Virtual Session.  Access will be assigned prior to the virtual session.\n\nVirtual Session: Students will participate in a 2‑hour TEAMS meeting with the instructor on Monday\, July 13\, at 2:00 pm ET. Andrea’s experience includes penetration testing\, network vulnerability assessments\, social engineering\, wireless security\, web application security assessments\, and technical security assessments. She leads Plante Moran’s cybersecurity penetration testing team.\nAndrea holds a Master of Science in information assurance from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Michigan.
