Executive Assistant to the CEO and Joint Leadership
Bio: Pamela joined NASCUS in 2020 as an Executive Assistant to the CEO. In lieu of COVID quickly changing business protocols, Pamela has navigated the team through digital meeting management for large scale SSA and L&R meetings, developed relationships with an extensive Regulator community, optimized organizational time and resources on behalf of the CEO, and led collaboration to lift projects and events across several departments.

Pamela joined the team following her graduation from FIDM’s Product Development program in Los Angeles and with extensive experience in administration. Over her career, she has managed the production of celebrity labels at a record company and worked behind the scenes in Los Angeles’s entertainment industry. Life lessons and experiences have polished her ability to always hit the ground running, and to respond with a positive attitude to see what can be achieved.
Pamela is driven towards success with an entrepreneurial mindset and builds on NASCUS’s foundation by thinking outside the box, keeping members engaged, and building on a brand from which the next generation of regulators and industry leaders can benefit.
