NASCUS management team members led an open dialogue on topics such as due diligence, the FACT Act’s red flag provisions and the S.A.F.E. Act. NASCUS also provided an introduction to attendees on the NASCUS Accreditation Program. Idaho is one of NASCUS’ 28 accredited states which supervise more than 85 percent of state credit union assets.

“NASCUS extends an open invitation to the credit union community to visit our offices anytime in Arlington, Virginia during their trips to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area,” said NASCUS President and CEO Mary Martha Fortney. “We are pleased that we could take time with the Idaho Credit Union League to understand what is new in their credit unions and provide helpful information on timely topics.” The Idaho Credit Union League is a NASCUS Dual Chartering Benefactor member.
