As you know, the NCUA has extended the comment period on its advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) regarding possible regulations to govern certain mergers and conversions.
NASCUS will be commenting on the ANPR and encourages state regulators and credit union executives to share their thoughts with NASCUS for inclusion in its comment letter. Comments are due to NASCUS by April 16. To view a summary of the ANPR, click here. (Member log-in required.)
