ARLINGTON, VA — More than 20 Ohio state credit union executives, directors and representatives of the Ohio Credit Union League joined NASCUS at its offices for a State Issues Briefing during an Ohio Credit Union League Hike the Hill visit to Washington, D.C. September 20-21.
NASCUS provided the Ohio state-chartered credit union leaders with a timely update on state issues and an opportunity for discussion on current challenges affecting state charters. NASCUS also presented an update on the NASCUS state data collection project and a summary of other NASCUS projects and initiatives with the attendees.
“NASCUS always welcomes the opportunity to meet face-to-face with state credit union leaders in our offices or across the country,” said NASCUS President and CEO Mary Martha Fortney. “NASCUS and the Ohio League have a strong working relationship, and we appreciated the opportunity to partner with the League on this visit.”
