Information Technology (IT) Forum 2009

Mark your calendars for the NASCUS Information Technology (IT) Forum, September 22-25, 2009. The IT Forum will feature an agenda applicable to both examiners and credit union staff. Participants will build their IT knowledge during the course, starting with basic topics on day one and working through intermediate and advanced examination techniques by the end of the forum.

The IT Forum is designed to benefit those with limited knowledge of IT examinations and will also help examiners with an intermediate understanding of information technology and IT examinations. Credit union IT staff will also benefit from the many sessions that the forum has to offer. Compliance with federal regulations, examination red flags and proper internal controls are among the topics that will be presented.

Participation from examiners, regardless of prior IT knowledge, is encouraged and credit union IT staff members are also encouraged to attend. If you have any questions, or would like to preregister for the forum, please contact Isaida Woo at isaida@nascus.org.
